The Hotel New Hankyu Tokyo is housed within a 38-story tower next to the Sumida River. Guests check in at the lobby on the ground level, then proceed to guest rooms, or dining on the 32nd–38th floors which ring the secluded hotel atrium. A computer with high-speed Internet access is available for use in the lobby for a surcharge, as are copy and fax services. The 32nd floor contains a banquet room with space for up to 45 guests, audiovisual equipment, and optional catered Japanese or French meals.
